My First Atari Song

Tribute to all the first LSDJ songs out there. My new Atari 2600 arrived today (to replace my broken one) so it encouraged me to do some recording with it other than adding random bits and pieces over Game Boy tracks, so this is my first "song" using only Atari. It's very rough at the minute but I just wanted to get something down with it. Used Synthcart with the video touch pads and recorded each part separately (hence some parts not being in time very well, didn't have a clicker handy)

  • microchip : Yeh it truly is a bitchy chip. None of the channels are in tune with each other which means lots of time carefully tuning everything after recording :/

  • kulor : That sound chip is a real bitch to work with. This mostly managed to avoid most of the problems inherent in the system though. Nicely done!
