  • ??? : This is a beautiful song. I'm also very impressed by your tracks. You are very good with nanoloop! Do you only make chiptune? because you seem to know a lot about music.

  • ericskiff : Thanks everyone! :) It took me a while to really get the hang of nl1.5, I've been using nanoloop 1.3 for a while, and love the new tools available in 1.5. CAKEbuilder - that's pretty much what all my NL tracks sound like at first :) I spend a lot of time reworking my songs to give them different "movements". Sometimes it's a little manic, and changes genres too drastically, but I ended up being pretty happy with this one. The part at 2:08 makes me want to write an whole new piece with that sound though!

  • CAKEbuilder : If this truly is your first track in nanoloop, then great job. It doesn't sound like you made it in nanoloop simply because most first tracks in said software sound very repetitive due to the way nanoloop works. Normally, someone makes ONE cool loop and plays this loop four times, then makes a separate loop and plays that four times. You did a great job breaking out of that default template that should be called "nanoloop first tunes".
