Bluebell (my cat)

This song is for my cat, who I love and who is very old. She had a blue silk ribbon with a bell around her neck when we first got her. That was over sixteen years ago. The song is a little slow, but then again, so is she.

  • christopher_voss : Ah! Thanks the colonel. I've found the simple things in life to be the most inspiring, like a melting cube of butter and some warm toast, or christmas lights on trees. Dude, it really means a lot to me when someone like yourself will use that amount of exclamation points in a comment. I broke my collar bone this weekend and it lifts my spirits to hear that from you.

  • dschingl : Beautiful stuff. I like the fact that it's slow, but it might be good to bump up the tempo a bit but that might just be my own personal taste. The melody is great though. I also agree with the "i'm flying through space..." comment. Kind of makes me want to go exploring haha.

  • ChristopherWiltsie : It is kind of slow at the beginning but I really like when the melody comes in and from there it is lovely. That's the cat that has six fingers isn't? This song kind of has a 'i'm flying through space on a commercial spaceship' kind of feel to it.
