  • Jredd : It's interesting that you wanted to know how to improve your melodies, because honestly with this song I think the main tune is your strongest part of the song and has a lot of variation as the song progresses. If I were to work on anything in here it would be the bass notes. I think the bass notes themselves fit perfectly with the song, but they don't really change much. Perhaps you could have the bass go double time during the more complicated parts of the melody, or you could compose a slightly more complicated bass that is structured around what you have now, but has a little more expression. Interestingly, the melody is so well done, that the simple bass hardly matters.Yet, you wanted some advise on how to improve so this is the best I could come up with. Either way I like this one a lot. Good job!
