MECHANICOM. (Famicompo Entry)

Uploaded by TRASHAPPY! on October 3rd 2008, 02:35 AM

This was my entry for Famicompo V, In which I came #41st, which I was happy with! Haha I've been waiting to upload this for ages, but I couldn't due to Famicompo rules... Anyway congratulations to all who entered, as all the entries were fucking deep! This tune starts off as a pretty experimental noise tune, but then levels out into pumping dance track, with some cool tempo changes. Everything you hear is pure FamiTracker, and I hope you guys enjoy it!

  • TRASHAPPY! : hehe cheers guys! and Banj; yeah I think the main reason why I didn't achieve a higher position in the competition was due to the dancey bit :p but thanks alot man, really glad you like it! haha it was a bit of a bastard to track though, I had to create 40+ instruments ! hehe :)

  • BANJ! : i LOVED the start of this song - you should've kept that sound all the way through - however the dancey side of it is ok..i found the lead a tad irritating when it was the quiet high pitched noise - however when it properly kicked in was great :) - nice sounding, structured song - you got some sweet sounds out of famitracker - i'ma start to experiment with that soon.
