First LSDJ Song

Uploaded by PDF format on October 27th 2008, 01:16 PM

I saw Low-Gain uploaded his first LSDJ Song. I thought you might get a laugh from how bad mine is compared with his. I basically didn't touch LSDJ again for months after making this because it just seemed too hard and I thought i could never learn to use it.
while this is my first LSDJ song, my first CHIPTUNE is this
MD64
the sequencer interface of P64 made chiptune easy for a newb. The tracking interface of LSDJ made it hard.. :(

 • BitPusher2600 : I just came across this searching for other's first LSDJ's, since i'm just starting it myself. I bet this mofo took you some time to finish too no? Lol, it does drag on. It has to feel funny too look back on something like this doesn't it?

 • White Circuit : I can understand that. Your stuff is amazing and you were right in saying that we'd get a laugh at how bad it was. except i didn't laugh. But yeah, were you using solely C64 before you started LSDJ?

 • PDF format : yeah, there's no doubt that this is not a good song. My 2nd song is okay (on lsdj)... but it was frustrating to have made music for a decade, to move to this entirely new interface, and clearly blow at it. but, time heals all weaknesses

 • Protest-Beige : Damn PDF! this made my first attempt at lsdj look moderately passable! You more than make up for it with the monster dinosaur 64 track though.
