  • Downstate : no probs,im gonna take em all off here in a day or so, so i can search for a label to release an album hopefully, prob not a good idea to let them see im giving all them away free haha but alas probably end up being a free dl from netlabel i would imagine anyhow, but all these tracks will be touched up and nicer mixed for said release whenever that may be, thanks for the support sir, appreciate it. • Ambicore : Awesome man, sort of sigur ros meets boards. I agree with jesus, some sort of vocal samples would be pretty cool here, of anything random from a documentary or something.
    on February 8th 2010, 11:04 AM
  • Square Two : Ohh my goodness yess, a super deep bass, like maybe some long heavy explosions, somethin low to fill it out, then like some sort of distorted crackly lo fi desperate 911 call samples, or some sort of voice samples along those lines. that would be intense. 'jesus_seashell' and '???' ideas combined. i can hear it now. lol

  • Downstate : thanks for the kind words aswell, glad you liked it man.

  • Downstate : i suppose not strictly speaking, but most of the drums are samples from spectrum emulator (musicbox software) which makes them probably 1 bit haha, but overall i think the homemade lofi fuzz sound gives it a kinda 8 bit sound, well the toy organ was 2 quid so im guessing its definately not 32bit :}
    on February 8th 2010, 09:19 AM
  • ??? : Not really 8 bit, but i really like it. It sound great too! Maybe a super deep sub bass would be nice... Anyway, this is great music
    on February 8th 2010, 09:10 AM
  • jesus_seashell : it's great as always but the end kept me waiting for some epic buildup. you should put some desperate 911 call sample low in the mix throughout the song or something along those lines, that would be fucking awesome
    on February 8th 2010, 08:44 AM
  • Downstate : i use a fuzz/distortion box i built on the toy organ, and i circuit bent said organ to have some nice fuzz on it already, can never have too much noise : ) (oh the fuzz device is the one from get lofi btw), the rest of the sounds,and the master track are put through NI guitar rig.

  • 2PLAYER : Very ambient and ominous, reminds me of boards of Canada. Always great to hear other FL users on here. Is the distortion slayer?
