Dr. Legs Man had failed in his vision for a new utopia. Now, Dr. Arms Man is taking over. He mutters to himself, overcoat over his shoulder, a mixture of annoyment and amusement on his face. Throwing the wicked press and cloying reporters off his back and descending down the marble steps into his giant laboratory, he takes a deep look around. Large machines line the walls of this place. A pit in the ground marks the resting place of tons of old electronics. Strange figures reside behind glass cases. Dr. Arms Man knows that strength is the key to victory. Dr. Legs Man failed because he relied on speed. "Speed is a trait of the warrior, but it alone will never win the battle. You cannot fight with speed, but only with strength and will." These were Dr. Legs Man's last words to Dr. Arms Man. The full moon above the laboratory, displayed via camera from a salvaged periscope, seemed to shine an evil glare across the land. Dr. Arms Man's robotic arm reached out, grasped onto a dial and, with a few clicks, it whirred and the dial screwed completely out. A beeping sound began to issue and slowly fade. The glass cases slid open. Eight pairs of eyes opened. Eight new minds began to function and calculate... Everything was going according to plan. The world would soon belong to Dr. Arms Man.
