12 channel XM. Fastly written this afternoon, more of a sketch than a song I guess.

  • 4mat : Thanks for the nice comments, there are some faster 'Breathe'-style tracks to come next. I've been experimenting with SCC (MSX-era) chip style sounds lately which lend themselves well to fast sh'mup-style music.

  • Exidy : I guess I'm one of the few that enjoys when sounds kind of blend together like this. The way that the melody seems to just flow freely makes this song very relaxing, and not in a boring way. I also find it funny that you wrote this song quickly, because I've spent a considerable amount of time listening to it!

  • &Rew. : I'm with J. Arthur Keenes -you picked some really nice switches in there. I hear the sketchiness too, and I kinda wish that the main melody were a little more "separated" from those bass cords, so it could pop, but nonetheless, this piece sounds really cool.

  • J. Arthur Keenes : Holy fuck, I love this, the chord progression is beautiful and I really like the drum samples.

  • µB : I like the chords and the progression. The drum sounds are lovely.

  • ant1 : I don't like this one compared to your other works, the mix seems rather 'crowded' and it doesn't sound like it's really going anywhere. Much better than anything I could do in an afternoon, mind.

  • christopher_voss : I've always been a huge fan of yours. This is mind candy to me. I've always wondered if you've tried to make some kind of a living off of your musical ability. And if not, what kind of employment occupies your life?

  • Random : It sounds a bit muddy with the pads - too many sounds in the same frequency range, and perhaps the melody is too low? I really like the beat and progression though! Chip needs more tambourine! :)

  • joule : yes, a bit sketchy.. i don't agree with mixing, chords or melody. still nice showing some fast works!
