slovadon : Wow, I'm really impressed. I haven't been producing with LSDJ for long but it doesn't seem too easy to compose polyrhythums in. I really love it, if you have any tips I would love them.

Leigh! : ooh i like this its easy to poly rhythms when working in triplets (3/4 or 6/8) on lsdj, but very very hard in 4/4. just need to use a bit of maths. in 3/4 you've got 12 notes. so divide it by 3 and you've got 4 hits, and vice versa. in 4/4, i havent found a way to do poly rhythms easily, as to achieve a 5 note poly rhythm you need a note every 3.2 out of 16th notes, or for a 3 note poly rhythm you would need a note every 5.3 notes. however, it would be possible to achieve if you used the delay command... i havent used this command yet, but i assume you could delay the note by the ammount of ticks specified. so to do a 5/4 poly rhythm youd need a note on 1 then 3.2, 6.4, 9.6 and 12.8. :-S ill try it out and post an example!
