Random : Some of those fast rising notes in the melody are dissonant. The melody over all sounds a bit like notes places out here and there at random. The bass is a little bit boring (eee, eee, eee, eee, eee, eee - not exactly funky).
Also, try using something else than 50% squarewaves, and add some more abs.
Oh, and just a little technical note: chiptunes can't be made in Fruity Loops. Though, 8bit music/chip style music/bitpop or whatever one prefer to call it can.
