mcjor : Nice. See you got the Ds-10 up and running. Gregor is still struggling, how you get it to work?

Sycamore Drive : Famikiller: I only really use it for around the house casual listening so it doesn't bother me too much. I have a nice set of headphones for when I'm writing.
Thanks for the lovely things said about my yellowboy. I've had it since I was about 7, barely a mark on the thing.

FamiKiller : I have one of them wee amps too, they're mono tho... doesnt that bother you when you want to do output dynamics?

Sycamore Drive : The Marshall is deceptively loud and very good battery wise. I can't remember the last time I changed it. You've got a few choices for mini amps, but the fact the Marshall has 2 channels (clean and distortion) rather than a combined channel (which gets more distorted as you increase the volume) makes it the perfect choice for chiptune. It's also super cheap, about £20 brand new from GAK.co.uk.

White Circuit : love the amp. i've been trying to find one like that but i couldn't figure out who made them that small.

Sycamore Drive : The software is excellent for what it is, you can basically have two synth parts and a drum part per pattern. You can have 16 patterns to build up a song.
The DS Sampling Keyboard is a temporary solution till I get the PixelH8. It means you can mess around with Game Boy sounds on the keyboard. I'm going to experiment using it with a guitar pedal board. That should make for some interesting sounds.
