ORBiT-8*
I guess right down to the bone I'm a cover artist, I am mostly fond of the Sega/Nintendo generation although I'll admit I pretty much cover whatever I think is a tasty tune. Always, however, I cover it in an 8bit way because to me - everything sounds better in chip. Right now I'm tuning out of hobby although it is becoming an obsession most of the time. Also if you haven't noticed ALL* of my beats/percussion is non-chip - Call it lazy, call it creative - I'm just trying to be different.

ORBiT-8* : I got an incredibly hi-res picture of The Milky Way and resized it whilst making some slight pixel changes, ran it through a bunch of filters, shrinked the image by half and increased it by half again, ran it through some other unique filters and then smoothed it. Quite a precise and detailed process - I could have probably been faster actually making it pixel by pixel.

ORBiT-8* : This was truely a phenomenal piece to listen to. I don't care what brand or caste or type it is, to me this was definitive in its role to be a virtual take on the real thing. And I honestly believe you proved your point - it sounded amazing.
