Blitz Lunar : @acousticchip: don't worry, it doesn't excite me much either. @an-cat-max: i mostly avoid dpcm because i suck at using it effectively! though i'm also usually ok without it. as for the nsf, it should hopefully be on my site soonish. @xGx: interesting, i'll have to check that track out. once before i wrote a track with "capoeira" in the title. @downstate: made me lol. thanks guys.

" -- files at vgmusic (for instance) are posted under the game names and ideally they mention the companies/composers as well. they're not being posted as original compositions. so yes actually the game/developer/composer DO get credit first and foremost. you did that part right at least. you failed to go the whole-hog and mention what sequences you used as well, which isn't kosher. why should sequencers not be appreciated for their time analysing and transcribing the songs? that's the only recognition they're looking for. they did the hard part, you just recorded it with new sounds and tried to give the impression that you did all the work. that's bogus. "Let me guess: you worked hard on it. I did as much work as you did." -- what you did is the equivalent of putting a cassette into a radio and hittng record. we all know that doesn't qualify as work. your allegations of hypocrisy are totally bunk. vg sequencers fess up to the work they didn't do, where as you do not. the situations are not at all comparable.

Blitz Lunar : "spot the brown noser anyone?" --- why would anyone brown-nose me though? i have no influence on 8bc. i'd be disappointed if that was the case but i don't think it is, i think lt.pie is just trying to lump the responsibility on me, and that i somehow "brainwashed everyone" who says anything negative about his uploads on here. he's intent on singling me out, just because i was the first to call him out on this stuff. which is a huge discredit to all the sensible people here that i hope can come to their own conclusions, regardless of what i say.

Blitz Lunar : few other points.... i'm not bringing up the past because this isn't in the past, you're still posting this crap. it's entirely happening right now. so of course i'm going to keep making sure people know what's going on here. they deserve to know who's work is on display, and they deserve not to be deceived. as for the soundfont analogy, that's rubbish, people would say the sounds are from whatever snes game, not "lunar's soundfont". and i've never claimed to design the sounds, in the same way you're claiming, either directly or indirectly, to have created these sequences. i don't have a grudge against you personally, i am just vehemently opposed to people taking lazy undeserved credit, which you have been and still are doing by the bucketload. your arrogance knows no bounds.
