yerzmyey : I can't tell what video You're reffering to, but the proper version is made on two ZX Spectrums. You can also play it from a ZX Spectrum with Turbo-Sound (2 x AY). However if You mean some concert video, then it might be also with electric guitar or some toy-keyboard noises. But I can't tell for sure as I was completely drunk then. Original Madonna's "Hung Up" cover played by two Spectrum is here: ay-riders.speccy.cz / download / ayr_madonna_hung_up.mp3 (remove spaces).
