chiptastiC64 : I don't know of any carts that huge with only 12 unique games. For example,a ['96 Hot New Games 260-in-1] cart I saw 10 yrs ago in a store selling chinese bootleg stuff had a whopping 50 unique games (from 260 games advertised).Unlike other chinese goods,this cart was unusually expensive. I've also seen standard size 32-in-1 DMG carts with 32(!) unique games.

Sabrepulse : I was given one of these with a dmg-01 in 1995 for my tenth birthday :D It was a 12 in 1 (Mortal Kombat, Darkwing Duck, Hook, Volleyfire and others). I remember seeing one similar to this yours which had tons of repeats on it even though it claimed 150-In-1 :D
