Well, to be fair, I found that whole hoo-hah a little overcooked as well, considering the CC/Lo-Bat tracks were on their (secondary) Myspace page and not the album. I mean, if we're going to be *that* fastidious about where samples come from then I'd be fascinated to see the agreement that Sabrepulse and about 95% of first-time uploaders on 8BC reached with The Winstons that permitted them to use the Amen break over all their tracks...
